Silaa is a small, founder led AI agency based in Kottakkal, Kerala. We design, build, and maintain voice agents that answer phone calls and chat assistants that reply to WhatsApp and Instagram messages for local and mid sized businesses.

We started this agency because we saw the same gap everywhere: capable businesses losing calls and messages to simple staffing limits, then spending money on lead generation that never converts because nobody answers fast enough.
